NovaLend Velocity connects consumers with a network of personal-loan lenders and operates this digital experience plus the PHP lead handler (process-lead.php). This notice explains how we collect, use, and safeguard the information you provide.

Information we collect

• Contact details such as name, email address, and phone number.
• Loan preferences, including desired amount and funding goal.
• Technical data automatically captured by our Hostinger environment (IP address, timestamps, browser type).

How we use the data

Submitted data is used to match you with lending partners, send transactional emails, and maintain an audit trail in our Hostinger MySQL database table llp4_novalend_leads. We never sell personal information.

Storage and retention

Lead submissions are stored securely inside Hostinger phpMyAdmin with UTF-8 encoding. Access is limited to authorized NovaLend Velocity team members. Records are retained for as long as necessary to fulfill lending inquiries or comply with legal obligations.
